When a word is (or seems to be) ultimately from a source other than Proto-Indo-European, Etymonline doesn’t appear to use any particular notation, tag, or marking to indicate that. It would be kind of interesting if there was a way to search for them as a group - perhaps the category could be called Conjectured Ancestral Kinship Elsewhere.
