Hi I have the app installed on Huawei Y6 2019. On first opening the app I am presented with blank grey screen, if I navigate back and reopen it is ok.

The first time you open the app after installation, there will be a database unzip and so on, and at this time there should be a progress indicator (a rotating circle animation). If it just shows a gray screen without a progress indicator, there may be something wrong.
