Etymology of "etymology"

with -logia “study of, a speaking of” (see -logy) + etymon “true sense, original meaning,” neuter of etymos “true, real, actual,” related to eteos “true.” This is perhaps cognate with Sanskrit satyah , Gothic sunjis , Old English soð “true,” from a PIE *set- “be stable.”

So,which book is PIE *set- from? Watkins’ book don’t have this root, and I don’t find it in Pokorny’s book .
Please help me ! thanks a lot!
