First of all, Douglas and I, we both are not intellectual property experts. I think if you should follow the general citation and attribution approach, and there is no problem. For example, in the description of the video, you need to give a link to the quoted entry page and so on.
You are welcome to introduce etymonline to people who are interested in etymology.
