Regarding the possible Hebrew origin of Copacetic. I prefer haKol beTzedek, literally All in Justice, as a possible source. This not only sounds closer than haKol beSeder, but is also more likely to have appeared in the closings of contracts between Jewish Merchants of Spanish descent.(I have zero evidence of this)
