I paged around in the talk, didn’t run into any discussion of etymology, or current issues of what in language makes the roots of knowledge visible, so many syllables seeming to date from pre-linguistic into-European and such gems. Are you interested in that? Or, what do you think the “wooden” expressions of AI being likely to feed on itself, reducing the value of language for expressing the nuances of experience and feelings, that AI doesn’t have? It does indeed help my writing, but maybe I’d prefer not to have tech dumbing down all conversation too.
